Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that investigates principles of reality transcending those of any particular science.

In crystals, it concerns what healing and magical properties they are said to hold. (Amethyst is said to prevent drunkenness!)
How does this relate to crystals?
Whether you believe crystals have magical or healing properties – metaphysics is the term used for the energy they hold.
I use crystals when I meditate sometimes... now and then it really gives a strong experience of flow!
